We ship worldwide. If your destination does not appear at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
United Kingdom: Delivery is free on all orders and sent via DPD Express, which aims to deliver within 1–3 working days. For urgent orders, please message us on Instagram and we will do our best to dispatch sooner.
All items are shipped in thick, sturdy, recycled, plastic-free paper packaging made in the UK.
International Customers: Orders from the USA do not incur additional duties or taxes. For high-value items or formal customs entry, you may be required to be listed as the importer for personal use. Customs may request a form to be completed, and we will assist you if needed.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and/or brokerage charges may apply on shipments outside Canada and the USA, depending on your country’s regulations. Nothing Special is not responsible for additional charges incurred when goods are imported into your country. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Return policy
We accept returns only on regular-priced items. All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items should be unworn and in the same condition as received. Non-compliant returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
To request a return, email contact@nothingspecial.store with your order number and item(s). We will provide instructions for returning your items.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping and any customs or duty fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Nothing Special is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving returned items.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are traceable. You will receive a tracking number via email when your package has been processed. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.
Payment
All orders are charged in Great British Pounds (GBP). Customers in the USA are automatically charged in USD. Prices listed on our website exclude duties, taxes, or shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. To help you determine fit, we provide precise, hand-measured garment dimensions on each product page. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own and feel comfortable wearing.
